How to make a Deposit via bank transfer to your Mark Read account?

It’s easy to make a direct bank transfer to deposit funds into your Mark Read account by;

• Logging in to your online banking portal
• Funds must be sent from a bank account held in your name.
• Make a payment to G1digital Pty Ltd using one of the bank accounts detailed below
• Please include your last name as a Reference
• We accept AUD, HKD, GBP, EURO, USD and CAD

Withdrawals

How to make a Withdrawal from your Mark Read Account?

• Simply contact your Mark Read Account Manager by telephone or email and make your request.
• Ensure to include your bank details if withdrawing for the first time.

Australian Account Holders

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is free of charges, note: your bank may charge fees.
• Full bank details must be supplied.
• Payments are made directly to you, the named Mark Read account holder, and not to any third party. To protect against fraud, we may ask you for further information and proof of your identity before we make your payment.
• Account holds must be verified before first withdrawal.

International Account Holders

• Foreign Payments (TT) are charged at AU$20 (in respective currency), note: your bank may charge further fees.
• Full bank details and SWIFT codes must be supplied.
• Payments are made directly to you, the named Mark Read account holder, and not to any third party. To protect against fraud, we may ask you for further information and proof of your identity before we make your payment.
• Account holds must be verified before first withdrawal.

Policies

Fee Policy

Please note that your Mark Read account should not be used as a banking facility. Should customers make deposits and withdrawals without the intention to transact, we reserve the right to pass on to the customer’s account – without prior notice – any bank charges we have incurred before closing the account.

Furthermore, in the instances where Mark Read absorbs Banking Transaction fees, if the entire deposit amount is not played, any transfer charges associated with the deposit/withdrawal amount will be deducted from the account prior to the withdrawal – at a minimum rate of ten percent (10%).

Acceptance of Funds Policy

Mark Read, in its absolute discretion and without giving reason, reserves the right to refuse to accept any type of payment presented to it irrespective of whether it has previously accepted such payment type from that customer or would usually accept that payment type from any customer.
