Dispute Resolution
We are committed providing world-class Customer Service, and to dealing with player queries and disputes in a prompt, efficient, and fair manner.
The following channels are available to clients.
1. Customer Service
As a first point of reference, you should direct your query, dispute or complaint to the Customer Service Department.
2. Escalate to Management
Should you be in any way unsatisfied with the resolution provided by the Customer Service Department you may opt to escalate your query to a member of the Mark Read Management Team via email on shari@markread.com.au, we will personally investigate your query, dispute or complaint, and respond back to you.
